Role Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. You’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly while meeting food safety and quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Core Responsibilities

Equipment Operation: Ensure safe and efficient machine performance.

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment

• Adjust settings to maintain efficiency and product quality

• Identify and report equipment issues or malfunctions

Quality & Compliance: Maintain product and food safety standards.

• Perform product inspections and quality checks

• Complete required production and quality documentation

• Follow GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and safety procedures

Maintenance & Support: Keep equipment running effectively.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance

• Work with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Machine operation experience (food or beverage preferred)

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

• Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
