Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)
BB Nash is building its manufacturing site in Nashville, focused on producing premium protein bars. A core team is already in place, working towards the next phase of preparing the site for production, both in terms of equipment and skilled talent.
Recruitment is active and critical, with ongoing hiring across all levels – from hourly operators to managers and technical specialists. You will join at a stage where significant hiring remains, requiring a hands-on and execution-focused approach.
Role summary
This is a hands-on Talent Acquisition role focused on delivering hires across the Nashville site build-up. You will run multiple searches in parallel, primarily within food science, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering, covering roles from specialists to managers.
You will own the full recruitment cycle end-to-end – from defining search strategies and actively sourcing candidates, to screening, interviewing, and closing.
You will work closely with hiring managers and the local team in an environment where priorities can shift and roles are not always fully defined. The focus is on delivery, pace, and quality of hire.
